Integral Delivery and Service has been providing home delivery services throughout Central Iowa since our founding in August of 2010. Integral Delivery and Service is a family- owned and operated company. Based in the Des Moines metro area; we are centrally located to service areas throughout the state of Iowa quickly and efficiently. We currently service Central Iowa and are able to provide coverage beyond our usual area on a case by case basis.
We were originally established with a focus primarily on commercial and residential delivery, installation, assembly, and other services regarding exercise equipment in Iowa and Nebraska for a retail client. We have since expanded into providing general delivery, installation, assembly, and moving services for logistics companies, LTL carriers, retailers, E-commerce, private companies, government entities, and individuals. We offer a variety of service types ranging from drop off delivery to complete white glove services. In addition to our extensive experience in exercise equipment delivery and installation, we are also well versed in mattresses, baby cribs, general indoor/ outdoor furniture, and grills just to name a few.
We firmly believe that since we are the last point of the transaction with the customer, it is essential that we provide service that they will remember our clients by. We also believe that a delivery provider should operate in unison with the retail stores they are serving in order to present a organized and professional service to the customer. Our technicians are trained in providing exceptional customer service as well as in handling items as rugged as home gyms to items as delicate as fragile antiques.
